A special person can be anyone who you deem is special to you. This month doesn’t have to be exclusive to just significant others. Share A Story That Involves Someone Special To You With that in mind, I aim to make these topics all inclusive so that anyone can participate. While I have a problem with the commercialism of Valentine’s Day, I have no problem with people expressing their love for one another. It’s that lovely month where businesses shame you for not spending money on a significant other and those devil chalk candy with the messages on them reemerge from the hell that they came from. With that, let us set the stage for this month’s EXP Share topic. With that, I hope you are all still enjoying this community event that I came up with one sleepy night. But seriously, I would feel bad if I didn’t thank everyone who participates rather that be posting something or interacting with others on their post.

Based on her description of the game, I might have to check it out for myself when I have the time. Pix jumped on the chance to join since a new game arrived the same day the prompt was announced (sounds like a good excuse to me!). Afterwards, tell us about your experience with the game and if you will continue to play it or not. The objective was to play a new game that was 100% new to them and spend about 2 hours playing it. EXP SHARE MOD
And hey, as an optional mod that enables a toggleable feature, if you think it makes the game too easy, turn it off.Another month has come and gone. I would be down to add a mod for it, as it's a nice QoL feature and allows you to experiment with grinding more potential teams. No EXP Share would require a fair bit more grinding to get your party up to level. Try playing Sun/Moon from the beginning with no EXP Share and compare it to a playthrough of an earlier gen game. Though I do think these games have made an attempt to balance it. The official games do not, so gaining 3.5x the XP dramatically changes the grind curve. If you overlevel you just end up hurting yourself because your pokemon no longer obey. Any schmuck can do it, it's simply a factor of time invested.ģ.) Reborn already has a check on acquiring XP. If you realize you need a specific pokemon and you know where you can get it and what level you need to be, it's no feat of skill to get there it's just putting your nose to the screen and grinding. It's just your tolerance for grind and a timesink. I have a pretty extensive background from years and years of playing ARPGs, where grind is the name of the game, and I have a pretty high tolerance for it, but I would never consider it 'skillful' or 'hard'.

There are plenty of other mods that trivialize aspects of the game.Ģ.) Grind is not difficulty. If you think it breaks the game by trivializing the leveling process, don't get it. I really don't understand the complaint about it being 'broken':ġ.) It's a mod.
